Hello! We’re Lynne Testoni and Rachel Smith, your weekly co-hosts of The Content Byte. Not surprisingly, we’re huge fans of writing podcasts. Most, however, are from overseas – so we decided to start our own, and six years on, we’re still on the mic! 

Creating a freelancing and writing podcast has been a madcap adventure. We’ve built a loyal and lovely audience, interviewed so many legends – and we even launched and ran a conference. But in between all of that, we have day jobs too!

Lynne is a senior journalist and content producer who specialises in design, homes and food. Rachel is a senior journalist and copywriter and she also runs Rachel’s List, a popular jobs board and community for freelancers.

We’ve known each other for many years – and started The Content Byte in 2019, with episodes dropping every Monday. We also collaborate on webinars, online events and face-to-face get-togethers, too. Stay tuned with what we’re up to via our newsletter and via our socials: Instagram and LinkedIn.
